"Was it a Dream? Words cannot really express the feeling that we had while staying at the Farmhouse and Cottage for our daughter's wedding in McKinney. We had all of our four children, their spouses and kids under one luxurious roof during the hectic preparations for our daughters big day. The farmhouse provided a comfortable eye in the center of the storm. It was so calming on everyone who was there! The ladies of the bridal party also had their privacy in the next door Cottage. Warren and Mary have gone way beyond what you would expect in a rental property, the touches of chocolates and coffee, high end linens, accessories; the quality of the house and furnishings rival any rural luxury rural property found anywhere in the world! The large kitchen is well stocked and there was every tool that I needed to make a big breakfast for all the young men the morning of the wedding. The vast white picket-fenced property was stunning; the golden leaves falling like a gentle rain. It is very private. This is that rare place in the world that combines comfort, setting, and luxury, to bring feelings of contentment and happiness! We were only sad when we had to leave and our dream weekend was over. Warren and Mary, Thank you. We will never forget."

"This place was perfect for our large party of wedding attendants. We were also able to utilize almost every bit of the property, from the playground for the kids to play, to the barnyard from the bride and groom to open their gifts while everyone enjoyed lunch. The house had everything we needed; ample parking, plenty of beds and blow up mattresses, washer and dryer, fire pit area, and even a completely separate building (the cottage) with a different atmosphere for our quieter guests. Would absolutely recommend this place to any family/friends in a large party, it comfortably accommodated the 16 adults and children in our group."

"This property exceeded all of my expectations. The farmhouse and cottage was perfect for my husband and I's families to all stay for the weekend comfortably. The barn was exactly what we were looking for to have our wedding and reception. Warren and Mary added so many beautiful details to make our day special. I highly recommend this property for large families and events like weddings or family reunions!"

"We had a VERY large group traveling from Arizona for our son's wedding in Aubrey. Lots of adults and kids. The accommodations were OUTSTANDING and above and beyond what we had ever had before. Both kitchens were incredibly well stocked not only with condiments and often used ingredients but also with cookware. This made a huge difference when trying to feed hungry kids in the morning. The beds - we can't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! My son in law's suitcase got completely soaked while they were driving through Texas to get to the wedding. Having a washer and dryer AND supplies on site was amazing. Our grandson left a couple of items behind that were of sentimental importance to many of us. Warren immediately went over, found the items and our son was able to get them prior to their returning to Arizona. You won't find a better place, more welcoming and just like home like Warren and Mary's. We will be back!!!"

"From the moment you drive up the road and see the big red barn you know you've just made it. Being a city boy and driving up the drive to see a beautiful farm house you know you've made the right choice. There were so many places to socialize and entertain, it was awesome. So many rooms to choose from, the kids went nuts! The barn area was air conditioned and makes for the perfect wedding venue. The area behind was perfect for Corn-hole. Great place, will definitely be back!”

"We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect! We had 8 adults and 8 kids and it was plenty of space for all of us. The big kids loved the play structure out front and our wonderful hosts were even able to round up 3 pack n plays and 2 high chairs for us. Jack and Rudy (dogs) were the highlight of the trip for many of us!"

When I walked through both the main house and the cottage I was sooo impressed with how beautiful it was! The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. "Warren & Mary went above and beyond to create a beautiful and wonderful Thanksgiving for my family. We came in a huge group and they made sure we all had towels and bedsheets plenty. The property is absolutely gorgeous & had plenty of room for the kids to roam and play. The adults had a great time playing cards in the kitchen and being able to cook along side each other for Thanksgiving. We couldn't have asked for a better experience & hope to return next year for Thanksgiving as well!"
